Your body consists of 3 parts.
1 Water – Your body is about 60- 70% or so water.
2. Lean Mass (muscles and bones) – Your body is about 20-30% or so lean mass.

Hormones and Eating
If we don’t need carbohydrates for energy when we eat them they are deposited as fat in the fat cells.
You have two hormones that control eating, when the stomach is empty the hormone Ghrelin is released to tell you to eat.
When you are full the hormone leptin is released to say stop eating.
G3PHD is a bad guy that converts carbohydrates to fat.
Nerepinephrine is a hormone that promotes thermogenesis, which causes the body to burn more fat.
When we become obese our abdominal fat tissue becomes the reservoir of very aggressive molecules which create a silent inflammation syndrome. These bad molecules bind with insulin and leptin preventing them from doing their job.
With the hormone leptin not doing its proper job you will feel hungry all the time. (talk about a recipe for gaining weight)
A good weight loss program should help you lose fat while leaving your lean muscle tissue intact.
Green tea supports epinephrine levels helping to burn fat.
The valuable amino acid L-Tyrosine, helps increase basal metabolism.
Branched chain amino acids are important for building muscle stimulated through exercise.
Amino Acids activate neurotransmitters in the brain which can elevate your mood.
Protein is the ultimate muscle fuel. Besides containing valuable whey protein it contains probiotics to optimize digestion and help you stay lean.
Pay more attention to weight loss results by monitoring your waste size measured at the belly button, rather than what you weigh.
First step in losing weight – Improve your lifestyle. Stop impulsive eating.
Second step in losing weight – Use specific food supplements to manage fat metabolism and rebuild muscle tissue from lack of exercise.
